Flexible Mounting Options: FMF Hinges feature two steel pins strategically placed inside the hinge, offering flexibility in installation. By leaving the pins in place, the hinge can be used with the FMF "mouse-ears" cut-out for enhanced safety. Alternatively, removing the pins provides greater adjustability, allowing the hinge to fit rectangular-shaped, square-cornered cut-outs, and sometimes even those from other manufacturers.

Adjustable Pivot Pin: Each Hinge is equipped with a Reversible Pivot Pin, with one side set for a 90-degree angle and the other for an 85-degree angle (providing a slightly tighter closure). This allows for easy customization based on your desired angle. The pin can be rotated, not flipped, to switch between the two options.
