Return Policy

• Approval Required: FMF Glass Hardware does not accept returns without prior approval
• Inspection: Any credit or replacement requires product inspection. We reserve the right to apply a 25% restocking fee.

Conditions: 

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date (as indicated on the invoice).
• Products must be in their original packaging and undamaged condition.
• Any custom orders, including outsourced powder coating or cut-to-size items, are not eligible for return.
• Stock doors are not eligible for return once purchased.
• Defective / Wrong Item: If the product is defective or does not conform to your order, we will replace or provide credit for the purchase price once the return is approved.
• Shipping & Handling: Any additional shipping or service costs associated with a return are typically borne by the customer unless otherwise specified by FMF Glass Hardware.
